Homemade Jubilee Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Pizza Sauce
- Thinly sliced Chicken Breast
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Jubilee Tomato
- Olive Oil & Garlic Powder
- Additional Vegetables (Hot Pepper or whatever you like)
- Italian Seasoning
Step 1
Cut up the Vegetables |
Step 2
Flatten the Pizza Dough. I used flower to help with the stickiness. This was pre-bought at Publix - on sale. |
Step 3
Add your Pizza Sauce. This was pre-made - I know, shame on me. I didnt have enough tomatoes to make my own sauce. This will do. Again, Pizza sauce bought at Publix on sale. |
Step 4
Cook the chicken first until done - I used thinly sliced chicken breast. Remove Chicken and cook the onions until golden brown. |
Step 5
Add mozzarella cheese and cooked onions. |
Step 6
Add the Chicken and add more cheese. (How you layer the pizza is completely up to you) |
Step 7
Add the hot peppers and Jubilee Tomatoes |
Step 8
Add some Ricotta cheese - I almost forgot!. Add some Olive oil in a small dish and add some garlic powder. Use a brush to coast the edges/crust. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top. |
Step 9
Preheat the oven on 390 and cook for about 20-25 mins, until crust is golden brown. Different pizza crust/dough calls for different temps. Check the dough packaging for cook time. |
Step 10
Ready to Eat! Fantastic Pizza! |
